Annie Mist Thorisdottir from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit Athlete. She is also a coach as well as trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie was the first woman ever to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games on two occasions. Her second place was both in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic weightlifter, is also an avid CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity TV personality. She has gained fame for being the first woman to ever win the two CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. Her other achievements includes winning the Dubai Fitness competitions in 2013 and 2013. Annie was born and raised in Reykjavik, Iceland along with her parents and siblings. From the age of a child, she was a sports and fitness enthusiast. She participated for the first time in 2009 in CrossFit Games in California in which she performed very well. Annie Thorisdottir's ages are 31 years (as of 2021). She's 5' 7" tall, and weighs 67 kilograms. Annie was the first to begin CrossFit Training in California in the year 2009. She performed well in initial competitions and was within the top 10 of 70. However, she was unable to win any awards but ended up in 11th place on the list of final results. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. With the guidance of Jami Tikkanen, Annie finished 2nd in CrossFit Games and was awarded a Silver medal that same year. In the following year she was a participant with Jami Tikkanen in CrossFit Games and won them due to her impressive performance. It was her first time as a woman ever to win CrossFit Games. Annie became the very first female to ever win consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to her outstanding performance. Silver medals were awarded in the year 2014 and then in 2021, she was awarded the Bronze award at the CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was started by Annie. With rising fame as an athlete Annie is a model of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekick Yerbae and many other brands. A few thousand people subscribe to her self-titled Youtube Channel where training videos, travel vlogs and family videos are uploaded.
